I’ve been out of the house for about 16 hours today, so I haven’t really had time to point my camera at anything. Playing with Amelie and watching her and Eva interact, she’s getting so big. Looking at when we first got her, she’s huge! She has a great personality, too.

I love going to the laundrette, unless people are being inconsiderate. It reminds me of the past, all those cool machines.

Those who know me will know that I have a strange kinship with my beard. I trust it, it trusts me. It never lets me down. If I need something to keep my chin warm, or to use as a makeshift comb for Charlotte’s hair, I can always rely on my beard.
Sadly, it’s a bit unruly; it doesn’t like to be tidy. If it make it nice and neat in the morning, it’s always bush-like by the time I get to work. When we get to this stage, I have to call on my beard trimmer. This week, the battery died on my current beard trimmer, so I’ve had to buy this little bad boy. I can’t decide whether or not it’s weird that I’m excited about this, but it’s pretty damn cool so I think I’m OK with it.

We are nothing if not a product of all of our best and worst memories, right? Eternal Sunshine is one of those movies that I can’t watch too often, because when I do, it fails to serve its purpose —utterly devastating me.
I can’t imagine anything worse than being Joel. Both needing to remove someone from his life, and desperately regretting starting that ball rolling. I guess that’s another purpose of this film; to remind you that the crappy memories are just as worth keeping as the great ones.
It’s amazing how much you can miss someone, just by imagining that they’re gone.

These guys come and try to convince us all we’re condemned. I’m sure they’re really nice people. This guy was so elated, he started singing. Pretty snazzy.
I spent just over £400 today. I did manage to get a load of stuff, including my wedding outfit (yes, I’m going to look awesome!) so it’s not all bad, but I could do with having spent no pounds.

I’ve totally earned this break. Interviews, freelance meetings and working on James’ site has given me no free time this week.

Another late one. Lucky I’ve got Stephen Fry to belittle Alan Davies me to sleep.
